Soko Engineering has successfully completed the delivery and installation of modern thermotechnical systems as part of the renovation of the Univerexport retail store located at Japanska 19, New Belgrade (Block 62). At this same location, Soko Engineering previously delivered and installed refrigeration, air‑conditioning, and ventilation equipment back in 2010 — a full 16 years ago.

In line with the investor’s requirements and the highest standards of energy efficiency and sustainability, a modern CO₂ refrigeration system has been implemented, ensuring reliable and environmentally friendly operation of the facility. In addition to refrigeration equipment and complete installation works, the Soko Engineering team also delivered the supermarket’s air‑conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.

Special attention was given to customer comfort and optimal indoor conditions, which is why high‑quality air‑handling units with integrated DX heating and cooling systems were installed. This solution enables efficient year‑round operation, providing a high level of air‑quality control and energy optimization.

As with previous projects, equipment from renowned domestic and international manufacturers was used, ensuring long system lifespan, reliable operation, and top‑tier performance.
